Why we charge for it
A free consultation is a sales meeting.
Clinics that consult for free have to recover that time somewhere — usually in the chair, in the form of treatments you didn't come in for. Our £75 fee means the consultation itself is the product: you're paying a clinician to think, not to sell.
And because it's redeemable in full against any treatment you go ahead with, the only consultations that actually cost you anything are the ones where we recommend nothing — which is to say, the ones that save you money.
